? It isn't a fantasy, you CAN sculpt your thighs and lean them down simultaneously as Asian Women have for generations. Today we are going to discuss some easy techniques for getting those gorgeous "stick legs" we all are looking for.
1. Walk walk walk. And after that walk more. Walking is your friend, contribute to the relationship!
I realize I go over this regularly in my articles but it is always beneficial to reinforce elements that are so necessary. It is important to walk if you wish to obtain a skinny Asian body, even if it's only 20 minutes each day.
It's not necessary to kill yourself doing crazy hill climbs or hikes, that's not recommended at all. Just a quick spin around a local park or just about anywhere your mind can relax goes a tremendous way in the direction of slimming down and toning up your thighs, calves, and butt area.
Walking is crucial because you need to do light resistance exercise to really peel off thick thighs and get lean legs, you can hit the gym and do squats or other heavy duty loading programs. The more substantial the load the more chance you'll actually build muscle, and unless your objective is to resemble an Olympic power lifter you must remain faithful to high-repetition/low-resistance exercises.
Walking will get you the lean legs you want, but it requires time. Dedicate yourself to making it happen for half a year, 20 minutes per day, and see the outcome you're after take shape!
2. Take the long way wherever you go...and avoid the darn elevator!
It's a given that to get as many "steps" in as you possibly can each day you're going to need to find and take advantage of natural workout opportunities in your environment. From work, to home, to the supermarket, always look for additional steps.
Park a long way away from the shops you visit, make yourself walk just a little bit more. Take the stairs at work and keep clear of elevators or escalators. Walk the extended route to a destination, no matter where it is.
These little tricks allow you to fit in THOUSANDS of additional steps in your life each year, and that results in substantial acceleration of you achieving your purpose of thin legs and skinny thighs. I understand we're all in a hurry each day with work and kids and everything else, but to that my answer is...walk faster! :)
