As far as I was concerned my relationship was perfect and I was with the woman I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. But then it all went wrong! And the worst thing was I could see it happening before my eyes but I was powerless to do anything to save my relationship.

About five years ago I was in a relationship that I thought would last forever. In truth that relationship had been in trouble for quite some time but like a typical man I ignored the signs and simply hoped the relationship would sort itself out. How wrong I was!
And that was brought home to me the day I heard the words that strike terror into the strongest man's heart. "We need to talk". My lover wasted no time in telling me how unhappy she was, how badly I treated her and that she was going to move on in her life without me.
To say I was devastated was an understatement! For months I tried desperately to get her back and in doing so made all the usual mistakes and simply forced her farther away! It took me two years to finally get her out of my heart.
