Summer has come and gone and next summer you want to have your best swimsuit figure ever. When you go to the beach, you want to make sure you that not only do you feel sexy but you look sexier than ever with that great body. Trust me you will have a lot more fun at the beach if you are not worrying about how you look in your swimsuit.

How to Get a Great Swimsuit Body

Not only is going to the beach or swimming pool more fun when you look great, it is easier to do what is necessary when you know that all eyes will be on you. 95% of women know what to do to get in top swimsuit figure shape, they just easily get off course from their diets or workout routines. What I suggest is taking picture of the swimsuit or bikini you have in mind and posting it up along with pictures of women's body you admire and would like to strive towards.


Summer time Weather

Let's face it the weather is only great for swimsuits and bikini's for but so long. Wouldn't it be great to be in shape all the time so the whenever the weather is nice you can show off your great swimsuit and your awesome body? Consistently doing what is necessary to get in top bikini body shape is actually very rewarding. Honestly, if you look your best, everything will be more enjoyable.

1) Eat less calories - if you want the body than you have to eat less calories. There is no magic number just lower your calorie intake until you are simply losing weight. I know it sounds simple but some many people find this the hardest part.

2) Do cardio - I don't care when and where you do it just make sure it gets done. Go for a jog on the beach or run on the treadmill at least 2 to 4 times weekly. Not only is cardio good for you health but it also gives you that added calorie deficit you need in order to lose weight.

3) Workout - Yes women hit the weights! Hitting the gym will have great effects on achieving a nice slim and toned body. It won't be as dramatic for weight loss as cardio and dieting but it will help with muscle density and toning. Working out 3 day a week for about 20-30 minutes will probably do the trick..

4) Tanning if possible - A nice bronzer or tanning lotions will give you that color you need to display your slim and toned muscles. Don't overdo it though, just enough to give you that nice appealing look will work..
