Stress in our lives is something that we should try to reduce; it can have a direct effect on our bodies and can result in pain, fatigue and discomfort. It is well documented that having a lot of stress in our lives is one of the main causes of back pain, so by finding ways to deal with the stress it will have a direct result in getting rid of our back pain.
When we become stressed our muscles become tense, when this happens blood flow is restricted and the body sends a signal that it is in pain. It is extremely important to control or reduce your stress; make sure you have ample sleep and try doing the things that you love, and I mean really LOVE; this will help you to relax!.
