And once an outbreak happens, it is best to wear loosed clothes, avoiding the heat of the sunlight and touching the area. It is also important to practice proper hygiene so as not to worsen the problem. Herpes is quite embarrassing and extra care should be taken when dealing with a person whom one thinks has this kind of condition.
