Over the past 35+years I can really say I hav not seen ot all when it comes to any size or type business going about hireing or recuriting a new employee or independent or dealer. In fact over the years we have seen some really funny tirely but said stuff going on.

About 30 years ago an entirelytew and postive idea was created that is first for anyone to understand that they (you) are the sole keep of your success or failure and no one else.

Then present in realstic terms what is needed to be done and to match the skills and abilities with that goal.eing unique can often help us to achive our or a goal

Still one element was or is lacking that is how best to go about training anyone to succeed.

That is were our program called :Three Steps for Success" was created it allowed for the recurit or employee to train using selected postive goals while removing the non postive goals from their system.

No magic no secret stuff no hidden anything just allwing for anyone to first truey undertsand how they effect their own success and helpinn them to discover that gettig started is really all up to them.

When we stared working with business would you belive that for many of them their training program for newly hired or recurited people was to send them out with a local sales person or manager or sit them next to somone else have them do as I do say what I say and you will be ok.

Not all of us are the same we don't llike the same food, drive the same cars or think about the world in the same terms. we think thats the best part of life our differences yet very few of us fully understand how our being unique and different can really help us to achive a goal.

Think of it this way remember the saying that getting started in a healthy and postive way in education is to master READING, WRITNG AND MATH? Those three steps set you on a healthy and postive career in education so to is our program .
