Glute exercises are what everyone is crying out for
. The gluteus maximus or glutes for short is the bum muscle. It is also the biggest muscle in the body. Everyone wants a 'toned' bum but not many people know really how to work the glues.
Aerobics in any form are the best aerobic exercises you can do for yourself. Not only will they burn off any extra fat that you may be storing in your butt; they will also help to condition and tone the area to give you some sexy curves. Aim for at least 90 minutes of aerobic exercise per week, or more if your schedule can handle it. The more you do, the faster your results will come.
Squats are one of the simplest yet effective forms of exercises for the butt. Remember that squats are compound exercises, meaning they work out all the muscles that belong to the same group. In order to have shapelier ass, you need to work out your gluteus maximus. Bear in mind that this is the most obvious part of your ass. The good thing about squat as a compound exercises is it does not only enhance your gluteus maximus but your gluteus medius and gluteus minimus as well.
To set up for the deadlift, take the barbell out of the rack and place it on the floor. You want the bar to contact your body at the mid-shin. Using 45 lb plates will position the bar correctly. If this is your first time deadlifting or if you cannot lift 135 lbs, place the appropriate weight on the bar and then find something to rest the bar on to elevate it to the proper height.
Squatting without weights is a perfect way to stretch and exercise not only your bum as you clench tightly for better squatting form but it also helps with leg flexibility and musculature which aides in shaping all the areas around the bum which is just as important as the bum itself!Squats are an incredible way to put your butt toning into hyper drive. Squats target the butt by placing focus on the hamstrings and gluteus maximus. Replacing fat tissue is never easy, with this movement you increase your chances by replacing stubborn fat cells with lean muscle.
Not only great for your cardiovascular system but absolutely rips up your legs and buttocks. In my personal opinion and experience nothing tons your lower body like running. Running can take various forms. I combine several types of running throughout my weekly routines. My favorite type of running is endurance running.
Just to clarify, your "glutes" are the technical term for your buttocks. Out of all the bum exercises, this one is certainly the most convenient since it can be done pretty much anywhere. To perform the movement, you get down on your hands and knees and elevate one of your legs upwards. If you keep your leg straight, it'll make the movement tougher and if you bend your leg, the exercise will be easier to complete.
