I have participated in the December Comfortable Travel of CYTS. After the happy and meaningful travel, I want to express my thanks and happiness to CYTS. CYTS websites provides the Beijing Hotels and Beijing Flights.I have prepared a lot for my travel this time. I contacted with Zeng and Xue, they gave me a warmhearted reception. They solved my problems patiently. They helped me with the application procedures and made me have the opportunity of travel abroad.

Meng is a responsible staff of CYTS. She was in charge of the explanation session and the whole travel process. She was a warmhearted and easy to get along with. After the ten days' contact, I found she was a responsible, passionate in her job and had a high-level working ability. For she was familiar with her job and confident of the whole process, she was relaxed and efficient with her job and ensured that her job was completed a whole process successfully. I respected her bilingual ability. No matter in the job or the everyday life, she could chat with foreigners freely.

The working attitude of Meng is responsible and careful. In the daytime, she was leading the team to visit all scenic spots. As soon as we got together in a location, she would firstly arrange all of us and paid visit to our rooms. She helped us with some daily works. Everyday she got back home late.

Meng was also a person who had strong passion in her job and strong leadership and cooperation. She expressed to us the CYTS company image. From the leaders' carefulness and consideration and the diligence of the office staffs, she gave full explanation to us. She felt happy and honored to own such a good job. For she ever been in other companies, she thought the CYTS was the best and the most reliable company. When she talked about it, she felt excited and proud.

In fact, Meng had faced lots of difficulties, for she had a little child in lactation period. Not did she miss her little daughter, but also had some discomfort. However, she insisted to lead the team and left a optimistic and positive image to us.

In addition, I had to express my own situation, I was the solo travel. Without the considerate help, maybe I could not get the comfortable trip abroad. On the first day, one agent had lost his passport when all people passed customs. Meng comforted the agent and help him look for it. The weather was hot, Meng told us to wait for her and she found everywhere possible in the sun. Unfortunately, we could not find the passport at last. We have to go forward. On the way Meng received the call from customs, they had found the passport. We all applauded for the good news also for Meng. We felt moved by her working responsibility.

On the second day, it was raining. We had to visit in the rain. When we got down the bus, Meng shoved the umbrellas for us in case we got caught in the rain. But I found Meng wiped her head with tissues, I found she was wringed. But she told us not to worry her and went on to visit the beautiful sceneries. When we were taking photos, Meng was still waiting for everyone in case we got lost when leaving. When Meng was with us, we could set our minds at rest.
