We hear this all the time: Water is very, very important especially to our body

. We've been taught back in the earlier years of our lives to always drink at least eight glasses of water daily especially when the weather is hot to avoid dehydration. But I'm pretty sure not everyone is doing this deed. Now you ask: is this really important? The answer: Yes, absolutely. Water is very essential to our body in so many ways and can actually help us avoid some known illnesses.

1. Water therapy for a sexy body.

Want that perfect body? Then drink a lot of water! Aside from regular diet and exercise, it is very important to take in a lot of fluids particularly water. All chemical reactions in the body depend upon it. The only way you can truly be sexy is if you flush out all the unwanted by-products of fat breakdown inside your system. Plus, when your body lacks water to dilute waste products, chances are you might end up forming kidney stones. When this happens, your kidney will not function properly so the liver must step in and help. If this happens, the liver will not be able to function or perform at its best anymore. Overall, your body system will have a harder time burning fat.

2.Combat ailments by drinking more water. Fight disease with water.


Dehydration is a good source of common illnesses we usually experience such as back pain, muscle spasms, frequent headaches and fatigue. Try drinking water as much as you can to avoid these. Taking medication is also a big help but water is natural and is for free.

3.Reduce that hunger with water

Feeling hungry? Often times when we feel hungry, it could actually only be cravings for water, we just can't really tell the two from each other. So before you eat your next regular meal, try drinking water first and see if anything changes with your appetite. Water actually works as a natural anti-suppressant. Here's what you need to know about all the other drinks out there. Coffee and tea contain caffeine which has a diuretic effect that makes you lose water. Sodas and juices are too sweet, and because your body has to dilute them, it may cause you to dehydrate faster. Try to avoid them if possible.

4.Look younger and fresher with water!

When the skin is properly hydrated, it looks plump and more radiant. Water will keep the toxins flushed out and help you to cool off through perspiration. Muscles need to have enough water to make them look full too. Deprive yourself of water and you'll see the difference in the mirror.
