Keeping lawns looking good throughout the season takes nurturing. Some of that nurturing is making sure that your soil's pH level is balanced. Lawns thrive and look lush when the pH level is between 5.1 and 7.0 depending on turf type. This is the most important factor in determining the health and overall condition of your organic lawn. If it is not correct, the roots are unable to absorb the needed nutrients no matter how many times it is fertilized.

Too high a pH level can be corrected with liquid lawn sulfur, while soil with a low pH can be corrected with liquid lawn lime. Liquid lawn care products produce results in days compared to months for dry and/or pelletized products.
