Compared to the games that are released today, War Hawk is not that mind-blowing when it comes to graphics, but the game play is superb. You have five maps to choose from and these maps are simple and practical, making it less difficult compared to other war games.

With the motion-sensing feature of Dualshock and Sixaxis controllers, the players can easily control their characters, while battling in one of six game modes. With the help of this motion-sensing feature, the player can easily control a 4x4 with .50 caliber gun or a fighter jet with a more unique aerial movements compared to ordinary fighter jets.

This game may lack a bit in graphics, but trust me; it makes up for controls and strategy, making it one of the best games for hardcore players. You need the best strategies in order to defeat opposing teams and win the game, whether you want to place land mines or set up an ambush, it all depends on your strategy.

In order to rank up and customize your character, you need to earn points, medals and trophies, which are given after winning a battle. Often called as a Trophy Enabled game, players of War Hawk can win external trophies for winning special game feats. Another cool thing about this game is that it allows you to communicate with your teammates with the help of the Bluetooth headsets, and will help you execute the best strategy for your attack.

According to Sony Entertainment, War Hawk is one of the greatest games for Playstation 3. It may not be a good game for hardcore gamers, but the strategy that it requires and the features that it offers made this game one of the best games for PS3.
