Great Halloween Costumes For Women

The dressing up season is nearly here and so it is time to plan for the right costume

, depending on the venue. Will you celebrate at home or with relatives? Will it be the office party? or Do yo have other ideas?

Whatever the case may be, it is time to decide on a costume, and it is better earlier than later and so avoid the last minute panicking. Halloween brings up a side of us, for most of us at least, remains hidden the rest of the year. Certain traits may appear during the year but all of them at the same time? Partying, dressing up, scaring others, sharing with the family, going to themes parties - we may do one or two of these the rest of the year, but on Halloween they all come together.

We always want to look good as well and with this perfect excuse for dressing up - you can find the stunning costume of your dreams and look thoroughly attractive, if not down right sexy.

This Halloween should be one to remember and part of how to do this has a lot to do with the costume you wear. If you remember previous Halloween's and what you dressed up as and perhaps what somebody else wore that struck you as great, you will have a great beginning for your choice. This does not mean using exactly the same one, but perhaps a variation and with your own additions - from make-up to other props. The great thing is that you can also be creative and really go the whole way.

There are thousands of different costumes, some totally new, others upgraded from previous years and still more that are popular year in, year out. You can get a full outfit (although some appear to have less things to wear than others), or you can build up your own in many ways. A little, sometimes a lot, of makeup is essential. A wig, perhaps a prop (a sparkling dagger if you are looking to be a pirate queen. for example), some boots, a large belt and so many other accessories that your imagination will pave the way.

* The Mad Hatter costume for women is outstanding

* Witches costumes (where the stereotyped ugly old witch costume has been replaced by a series of fascinating young ones).

* Vampires

* Medieval and Historical based costumes

* and one of my favorites, Pirate costumes.
