This program is not for citizens of countries such as Canada, China, Colombia, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Great Britain, Haiti, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia South Korea, and Vietnam as a lot of citizens from these countries are already living in the United States for decades.
