Grey And Ductile Iron Castings

Dandong Foundry is a professional metal casting manufacturer mainly producing grey and ductile iron castings

. The followings are our main products.

1. Stove and boiler parts of grey iron castings

We are producing many grey iron casting parts for stove and boiler manufacturers in USA clients. Including stove grates, burner heads, venturi tubes, top grates, boiler gates etc. Most of parts were made by ASTM A48 class 20, class 25 and class 30 grades. Some were made by manual green sand casting process, and some by shell molding process.

2. Truck and tractor parts of ductile iron castings

Our main products are various machinery parts, including truck and tractor metal parts, including iron brackets, cradle brackets, gear boxes, belt pulley, flying disc, wheel hub and axle supports etc. The most of materials are ductile iron grades ASTM A536 60-40-18, 60-42-10, 65-45-12, 70-50-05, 80-55-06 and 80-60-03. Or by DIN grades GGG40, GGG50 and GGG60. Most of parts were produced by automatic molding line and resin sand casting process.

3. Pipe fittings of ductile iron castings

Pipe fittings are not our main products, but because of our over 50 years history, we have produced many types of pipe fittings, including elbow pipe fittings, pipe clamp, short tubes, hand wheels, flange plates etc. Most of pipe fittings are ductile iron materials. The common production methods are green sand and shell molding process.

4. Pump and valve body castings

Our foundry is also producing many water pump and valve body castings, casings. Most of pump and valve bodies were exported to Korean.

5. Other grey iron and ductile iron castings

In the 50 years, our factory has produced over 2000 different types of iron castings. Most of them were processes by rough or finish machining, and some of them were just rough castings.

In 2012, our factory is building our new factory workshops. In 2013, our total production output could reach 30,000 tons each year. However, we do not have minimum quantity limitation. We hope to enlarge our market and supply more and more iron castings for exporting.
