The HCL ME G3845 is a brand new laptop for the cheap laptop market with a 15.4-inch display and is powered by the Intel Celeron processor and has the Nvidia Geforce 8200 M GPU based Chipset.

It comes preloaded without an OS so it comes with Dos, the Processor is an Intel Celeron processor 900 which 2.2 GHz and has an FSB of 800 MHz and a 1 MB cache, Nvidia Geforce 8200 M GPU based Chipset, it has a ram of 1GB DDR2 memory. It comes with a 160 GB SATA Hard Disk. The optical drive on it is a DVD DL Super Multi Drive.

For connectivity to the internet it is Wireless LAN 802.11b/g enabled. This HCL laptop comes Integrated with a Bluetooth & 1.3 MP Web Camera, and a 4 in 1 Card Reader which supports Multimedia Card, Memory stick, Secure Digital Card and MS-PRO

The Screen on this laptop is a 15.4? Wide XGA TFT with HCL's View Perfect Technology with a resolution of 1280x 800 pixels, the graphics on it are powered by a NVIDIA GeForce 8200M GPU which has been inbuilt into its MCP79MVL chipset. For audio it has a realtek ALC268 High Definition Audio controller the keyboard on it is a 88 Keys Keyboard , for scrolling it comes with a built-in touch pad with 2 click buttons and scroll function,

It gets its power from a 6 Cell Li-ion battery which gives about 02 Hrs 25 min of backup.
