Hair Shampoo Method Thoroughly Explored

Shampooing the hair properly too is a technique

, which has to be done properly. If you don't use the right shampoo on your hair or you don't wash it properly, you can damage your hair. If shampoo is not applied and washed thoroughly its particles remains in the head and on hair, which can cause roughness, itching and dandruff in the hair. One should shampoo the hair very carefully with washing the hair off with sufficient amount of water. For kids you should use mild shampoo and do not let them wash their head with shampoo till they are big enough to learn it properly.

Follow certain simple rules to wash the hair:

First rinse the hair very well with warm water and leave no dryness on the hair and scalp.

Take a small amount of the shampoo on your scalp and rub it on the scalp with your fingertips. Massage the shampoo gently with small sections of the head.

Massage in on the head and apply all over the hair from roots to the end.

When you get foam all over your head, wash it off with water under shower or with mug. Washing the hair in shower is better than washing them with water filled in the mug because they get better rinse and there are less chances of leaving shampoo in the hair with shower.

If the hair is still dirty, or you don't get the proper foam then reapply shampoo on your hair again.

If your hair is oily then you can squeeze a lemon juice in the water, which you are going to use at last while washing your head. Rinse this water on hair in the end after the shampoo.

If shampoo enters into the eyes by any chance then splash cold water in the eyes thoroughly.

Do not rub hair too hard and don't squeeze them after washing. Just blot them with a big dry towel.

Now don not rub the towel on your hair, leave them wrapped for a while then let them dry naturally. Otherwise it will weaken the roots of your hair.

Using the shampoo on your hair according to your hair type makes whole lot of difference in your hairs and helps you tackle the hair problems. Use a shampoo, which suits your hair as if you have oily hair, use shampoo that is meant for oily hair. If there is dandruff in your hair then use medicated shampoo for dandruff.
