Not everyone of us has a knowledge of how to take good care of your hair, so I would like to help you with that today. There are many basic things, we think we know , but actually we don't.So let me start with washing you hair.

Washing: Many people think the best option is to wash your hair every day. It is only myth, because we would only cause dryness to them. It is enough to shampoo them twice or three times a week. Don't forget to use conditioner at the end.

Drying: Hot air would only harm our hair. Yeah the hair with blow dryer will be dryer sooner , but the top of the hair is actually burned. It is better to set up the temperature of the air on low.

Combing: You should use wide-teeth comb or brush. You should start from the bottom and up to the bulb.

Vitamins: You shouldn't forget to take care of your hair from inside too. The vitamins like B, C, E are very important and if you don't have enough of them in your meal, there are suplements in pharmacy you can buy.

Hair cure: Even if you are taking good care of your hair, you should not forget about making some cure for your hair too. You can buy them at store, or you can make them at home and just apply on your hair. They will look fresh and shiny.
