1. Application

Hammer crusher has found its extensive application in the field of Metallurgy, mining, chemical, cement, construction, refractory, and ceramic, etc. And the hammer crusher can be used for the mid and fine crushing, which is also suitable for various soft and hard ores with the anti-crushing pressure of less than 320MPa.

2. Structures features

Hammer crusher features high capacity ,large crushing ratio, evenly particle size ,simple structures ,compact and convenience ,low investment cost and convenient maintenance .While the defects of hammer crusher are as follows: when the hard materials crushing are processing ,it will create high wearing parts of the hammer head and grate ,large consumption of metal materials ,long inspection time ,evenly materials feeding .when the hammer crusher crush the sticky materials ,the production capacity will be greatly decreased and even stop the working function .And the crushed materials with the moisture should be less of 10%15%.

Hammer Crusher Structure and working principle

Hammer crusher mainly consist of shell ,rotors ,grates and other parts .And the shell can be divided into lower and upper parts, which have been made by the steel plate after the cutting and welding .And other parts will be combined to one whole unit with bolts And the ZGMn plate has been installed on the inner surface of the shell ,which can be changed after the wearing .

Many groups of the hammers have been installed on the main axis of hammer crusher ,which will combined to the rotors with rotating plate and transmission axis .Driven by the motor and triangle belt ,the main axis will drive the rotors to rotate .And the hammer will extend around by the eccentric force .And when the large block materials enter the crushing cavity ,they will be crushed by the hammer with high rotating speed .And the materials with required specifications will be discharged by the grates with crack while others will be left in the crushing cavity and receive the repeated function from hammer and iron-bearing until they are be discharged out .
