Handicap Placard Holders & Their Other Uses

Handicap placards are commonplace in America, as are the handicap license plates

. It would be pretty difficult for you to drive around town without seeing at least one, and chances are you have a friend or family member (or both) that have one of these parking placards. One recurring problem with handicap placards, though, is they can be easily lost or damaged. Luckily, for everyone with a handicap-parking placard, there is hope in the form of parking placard holders.

The general purpose of these parking placard holders may seem to be geared towards the handicapped, and that is understandable given the design of the majority of placard holders on the market today. However, the opposite is true - the placard holders are designed to fit an extremely wide variety of parking permits and placards, including business and residential parking permits. The reason why they seem to be designed specifically for handicap placards is because they tend to be the largest of all parking permits and placards, so if the handicap placards fit, any and all other parking permits should fit nicely as well.

Now that we've covered their intended design, lets look a bit further into some of the practical uses the parking placard holders serve. Do you, or one of your close friends or family members, work on hospital grounds? Try using a placard holder instead of displaying them on your car. Do you have a child in high school or college? Are they driving to school? Than they could definitely make use of one for their student parking permit.
