. I am pretty sure that learning to meditate might look hard but contrary to popular opinion it can be very simple to learn. The hardest part about meditating is simply finding the time and place to do it.

The good news is that you don't need to "go into peace" for hours a day, all you need is to meditate at least fifteen to twenty minuets a day. In this article i will give you some tips on how to begin. The first step is to find a quiet comfortable place to sit down, this can be your office, yard, park, bedroom or your garage.

Okay once you find your "quiet place" sit down, close your eyes and breathe through your nose. It is very important that you breath through your nose, because when you breath through your nose causes the diaphragm do get the air out of your lungs completely.

This causes your body to deliver more oxygen into your blood stream and brain, and that helps to relax you quickly. If you are a person who is always "on the run" there is a simple one minuet meditation that you can do and it goes like this, simply close your eyes where ever you're sitting and let go of all that stress you've been holding in.

Then begin to let go of your worries, state to your self "i choose to let this worry go" and take five to ten deep breaths through your nostrils. Yes meditation can be simple, yes i know you aren't going to get into a deep relaxation state with the one minuet meditation but t it gets results, the more you do it the better you get at it. Try it, it works!.
