Northern Vietnam as well has retained much of the country's traditional feel, as amazingly the hill tribes of the North still wear the same traditional colourful costumes as they wore when immigrating across the country hundreds of years ago. The North is also quite cool, so it's worth waiting to visit Hanoi until the summer months when it warms up in June.
Of course, if you're on your honeymoon, you'll be looking for a beautiful beach. To combine culture with a fantastic place to relax, choose Hoi An for at least part of your honeymoon. Not only can you explore the quaint town, but you'll be able to choose a beautiful stretch of beach for your very own.
