Another ailment that can affect men and women alike, hemorrhoids can vary in the amount of pain they cause. External hemorrhoids are extremely painful and will probably require the attention of a doctor to clear up completely. Discomfort grows, along with the size of the hemorrhoid if it is not properly kept clean and treated each time one goes to the restroom and passes stool.

Diarrhea and dysentery

These two ailments directly affect how waste is processed and disposed of in the body, and rather than make light of them as a grade school joke, one should be aware they can actually be life threatening in severe cases. While industrialized countries don't see proliferations in the way that third world countries do, the results on either side of the pond are extremely uncomfortable at best and lethal at worst.

Whether man or woman, it is extremely important that you take your bathroom hygiene seriously. And the best way to do that is through the use of a bidet or bidet attachment, the latter of which is more cost effective and more likely to produce long term results since they can be placed into more homes for people of different economic classes.
