How can one's own body cure disease?

The truth is, ONLY your body can cure disease. Careful examination of what your body needs (is deficient in) and supplying the necessary ingredient(s) allow it to regain homeostasis, or full balanced function (aka HEALTH).

This does require listening more to your body than to your doctor, an act we have been bred to distrust at our peril.

The problem is that doctors have no nutritional or metabolic training in medical school and have been taught to do one thing and one thing onlyaddress symptoms with pharmaceuticals. There is NO protocol for actually preventing or curing disease in medical schools.
