If you lose your muscles it can slower down the rate of metabolism.

2. Do not make haste while losing weight. Healthy weight loss must not be more than 2 pounds a week. You might think that losing 2 pounds a week is not enough but still you should not cross the border.

3. Natural weight loss is possible with the help of a balanced diet, vegetables, fruits and whole grains include all the essential nutrients. Your diet chart must have protein, good fats and complex carbohydrates. You might be surprised with the inclusion of carbohydrates but without them your brain will not have enough energy to perform.

4. Increase the level of your activities. If you are too busy with work and you do not have enough time to take off your head then it can become difficult to maintain a healthy weight. Even if you are too busy make sure you get up for at least 10 minutes every hour and move your body.

5. Swimming, cycling, walking and running are the four best methods for natural weight loss. These exercises can be done for at least 30 minutes every day to maintain a good figure. Sometimes you can even try to travel without the cars. Try to take the stairs instead of the lift every time.

1. Write out your plan in a paper so that you get motivated by seeing the plan every day. Whenever you start losing determination or interest check out the future plans you have made.

2. You need to get rid of the habit of drinking alcohol. Alcohol can lower the rate metabolism in a body.

3. Do not take sugar in coffee or tea.

4. Cut out on sweets and oily food. Stop snacking unhealthy food in between the meals.
