Heart palpitation - Stop heart palpitations

Are you suffering from heart palpitations? Heart palpitations are something that many people around the world have to deal with on a daily basis

. I am one of those people who get these horrible palpitations and have to life with them each day. There has got to be something that can stop them, right?

Today, I don't get them as much as I used to, I have been taking some natural products that have helped me slow them down a lot. I now have them maybe once a week, or sometimes twice a week. Anyway, I am happy with this outcome!

I used to have heart palpitations every day, this was a nightmare! I did not want to leave my house anymore afraid I'm going to die any minute! This had affected my family life considerably and I had to try something. My doctor just rejected these claims and said I'm just having panic attacks. I said, "Yes, I am having panic attacks, when I have palpitations!"

I had the racing heart beat with missed beats, the missed beats with a slow heartbeat, and the, all over the place heartbeat (irregular heart beat). I have had an ECG many times with nothing showing up. Only once in hospital the monitor showed a missed couple of heart beats, the doctor said it was nasal tachycardia and not to worry about it. That's easy for him to say!

I got home and started taking some products to see if I can stop or at least slow these palpitations down. After a couple months of doing this, they slowed down a lot! As I said, I get them maybe once a week. I have even had three weeks with nothing, not one episode! Have they just settled down on their own? Or do the products I take help? I don't know, but I'm not stopping.
