The main function of Spectrophotometeris the concentration measurement from two micro litre nucleic acid or protein solution. Nucleic acid means double-stranded nucleic acid (dsDNA), single-stranded nucleic acid (ssDNA), and ribonucleic acid (RNA). It has an embedded system, and there are ONLY three buttons as user interface. After dispensing sample on the surface of fibber terminals, users may use the buttons to select sample type and begin to measure. The measurement results can be obtained from liquid crystal display (LCD) and thermal printer.
