the country want to go green but find that purchasing pre-made systems is out of their price range. Many clever and motivated individuals have set about making a homemade wind turbine generator as a viable and affordable alternative.

This generates an "AC" current (alternating current) that with the help of some electrical components can be made into "DC"(direct current) to charge a battery or even made into to the right size of AC to power the loads in your home (the loads in your home are designed for a specific size and frequency of AC, since the wind blows at different speeds it takes some specific components to get the electricity "just right").

The information you need to make a homemade wind turbine generator is available, and can even be put together for free. It can be rather frustrating though because much of the information is scattered. There are a few high quality e-books and courses that you can consider if you don't want to spend the time and looking for the information and experimenting with different designs. Often times the money you spend on a good book will more than pay for itself with saved headaches and frustrations.
