Chaos confused Worried. Uncertainty and scared. Lost and depressed. This is the plague that is sweeping the United States with Homeowners who are trying to stop foreclosure fast. Homeowners in every city, every county and every state are affected by this plague and it continues to grow day in and day out. There is no cure in sight. The government said in 2007 it would only last 3 years and, of course, with Obama being elected, he would find the cure. Now, we are getting news from all over the country that this mortgage epidemic that was suppose to be over by 2010 is still going strong and gathering more strength like a hurricane coming ashore. There is no cure in sight and thousands of more homes are lost each and every month. Additionally, the American homeowner is becoming more and more depressed as their bank or lender fail to provide a system or direction or a defined path to save their homes. Actually, you could relate the banks to the drug lords killing off the weak and looking for new victims. Since there are no great headlines about giving the banks more bailout money, the banks can freely throw fuel on the fire without any oversight. Through the entire maze, the American homeowner is trying to make heads and tails of how to save their homes and stop foreclosure fast and are truly lost. The war stories are in news papers, Cable Daily and are piling up. A new congressional hearing would have hundreds of thousands of homeowner lined up ten deep miles around the White House with stories of the injustice they have suffered at the powerful hands of the banks. The American homeowners that are losing their dream homes are desperately searching for answers and help and unfortunately nobody is there to help them and the programs the govern set up to assist have failed, even by the government on reports. They are then presented with the worst word for any homeowner - Eviction. Just get out. Due to the system failure of either modification or failure of short sales, here comes the sheriff to throw you out in the street.

But, there is some hope. Surely, not enough to save every foreclosure, but the National Hope Foundation is really trying to help homeowners everywhere to give them direction and lend a helping hand to fight the battle and win the war for the American homeowner. Stop being confused, lost, depressed, or scared. Nonprofit Organizations like the National Hope Foundation and others are there to help. Homeowners have options.
