How did these people get what I want and how did they do it I asked myself. I have bought some cookbooks to help with my eating since diet is important to feeling healthy, I have bought home workout videos to follow along with trying my hardest to look like the fitness model in the video and I really had no success with it. What was I doing wrong? I joined the local YMCA to surround myself with healthy people to help motivate myself to this new life and look I wanted for myself. My first day at the YMCA the house personal trainer Gary gave me a tour around the large facility and he gave me a complimentary workout routine surrounded around my health goals after asking me a few questions about my health goals. I stuck with the workout routines for a few weeks and still had this body fat around my gut. I felt like I was eating better, I spent hours on the treadmill, I participated in the cardio classes he recommended and I lifted weights only to still feel like a failure 5 weeks later. What was I missing? I had the cardio workout routines, the heavy weight workout plan and the home workout videos. I was getting desperate since my girlfriend and I had a wedding to go to in Las Vegas during June. I wanted to look good! And feel good! I have found a hot workout routine that is working me. And I mean working! The second week I went from14% body fat down to 12% and that was my first week. It felt great that I was actually making some progress with this new work out plan I had found. Waking up in the mornings were much better now and I work part time but I was still exhausted after work and now I was much more motivated in the evenings to go to the gym and then grocery shop after for the foods that I actually like. . I was eating great! I finally threw out all the junk home workout videos and finally I was on track with a great workout plan.
