. It was started in 1980 and is a very simple procedure. The procedure and workings are very simple to understand and maintain in comparison to traditional plans.

How do you create a binary downline?

You can create two downline by sponsoring two individuals to join you and then help them build their respective binary downline too. The two members are now your binary downline. The moment they become active and start to generate income, then you will start to generate commission from them too. The idea is to help your two binary legs earn by building their downline. You continue to receive commission regardless of the level, volume, or length of your downline genealogy. The payline presents a more attractive commission structure when the levels go deeper. In the structure, you become the distributor of your two legs.

Structure of payment and commissions

Though most programs follow weekly payment styles, some might require a particular amount of profit to be made before the payments are made to the distributor. When the downline achieve their goal of profit, the distributor starts receiving his allowances. Sometimes, the distributors are allowed to create their independent number of roles, positions or business centers downwards so they earn more. So, when a distributor has been earning $1000, he will in turn earn $7000 by the 7 centers he builds. Such reasons are why the binary system of downlines has survived so many years. Paying good amount of allowances from a wide range of low to high-end and a lot more at the mid-end range helps a lot.

Updates on the binary program

Of late, binary programs had allowed unlimited amount of downlines through the 'legs'. It also allowed more types of payments apart from the ones already generated through binary legs. Some of these programs split the payment between enroller and binary. Some of these rewards systems go as far as paying rewards for particular products to the binary and for other products to the enroller. The process of the payment (commissions) and the rewards is hugely dependant on the program itself.

Simplicity and complexity

Initially, the binary saw many people attracted to it because of the obvious simplicity. However, soon most were shocked by the underlying complexity of this system. The binary made processes in which the downlines were paid their allowances based on unlimited levels but limited sales amount.

Understanding the binary plan

The binary plan focuses on the concept of having a distributor sponsoring two individuals who in turn create their own downline legs. The distributor again helps these legs to further grow. The earning for the distributor is from the income of the downline legs as well as the binaries themselves. Most downlines do not focus on helping uplines but rather the distributor's allowances for various jobs done. This is motivating enough for the distributor to grow his downlines.
