How Can I Use Cognitive Brain Training?

Less television, reading more, and even learning a new skill set such as a new language or a craft coupled with daily exercises can have long lasting effects. Brain training is probably the best way to keep minds clear and focus sharp and all it takes is having fun and enjoying the benefits.
