You just need to fill in our "Online Application Form", pay the service fee, get your "Visa approval letter" within 2 working days and pick up your visa at your destination airports (Hanoi - Noi Bai Int'l Airport, Ho Chi Minh City - Tan Son Nhat Int'l Airport and Danang - Danang Int'l Airport)

After we obtain the approval for you, we will forward you a copy by fax or email. Copies of the same document will be forwarded on your behalf to Vietnam immigration checkpoints at International Airports only, so that when you arrive in Viet Nam, the Immigration officers will have those documents on hand and will be able to issue your entry visa expediently.

Upon receipt of your application and payment, we will start processing your visa and send it to you by email in PDF format within 2 working days. You then will need to print the file (color preferred, but not required), prepare at least 2 photos of passport regulation size (2in x 2in, or 5.08 cm x 5.08 cm but not too strict), 25 USD for stamp fees per person. (Single 1 month)

Upon arrival at Vietnam's airport, expect a simple form to fill in, present the approval letter, passport, photos, and pay for the stamping fee to get your visa done. The actual process takes around 15 minutes without hassle or trouble.
