Jealousy percolates through the life of every individual alive, at some point of time or the other. And this jealousy bodes only evil for those people who have been entrapped by it. Being jealous eventually does ruin some one's prospects in life, however bright they really are. To get through life in a stable state, in a sane state, an individual has to know the rules of "how do you stop being jealous?" Jealousy might hurt anybody, and everybody, who is jealous, and also those who fall prey to someone else's jealousy, and hence it is imperative that you know clearly, or at least in parts, exactly how do you stop being jealous.

Jealousy can invade your life in various ways, and no amount of self control on your part will be able to stop that. Being jealous is truly an integral part in the life of any person, however, getting consumed by jealousy is perhaps one of the worst things that you can do. It will not only botch up your tasks, but also make your life difficult. Jealousy has never got any one anything except trouble. Jealousy makes any person bitter to his, or her, very core of being, and ruins his, or her, relationships with other people. It is thus very important to know that it is a part of life, but how do you stop being jealous is what you should also know.
