How Does Quartz Crystal Silica Compare To Other Anti-aging Medicines?

medicine circles is the one that revolves around the healing and health maintenance efficacy inherent in the quartz crystal. There are already many stores selling these crystals, specifically to people looking for the health benefits inherent in those crystals. And the fact that these stores have managed to remain in business, and actually thrive in a tough economy, goes a long way to show that the health benefits associated with the quartz crystal may not be just another 'unviable new-age fad,' after all.

It could be generalized worry (resulting in what is known as Generalized Anxiety Disorder or GAD). Or it could be worry about a particular aspect of life, like where a person worries too much about what others will think of him or her - leading to what is known as Social Anxiety Disorder or SAD.

Stress is what occurs when a person gets overwhelmed by something. The overwhelming 'thing' could be something occurring in the physical world immediate to the person in question, or it could be something occurring in the person's mind. Unchecked, it often turns into distress; before worsening into depression - a very risky condition which sometimes leads to suicidal ideation.

So how does the silica quartz lead to healing in all these conditions, you ask. Well, the efficacy of the silica quartz in the treatment of psychological conditions such as stress, depression and anxiety arises out of the fact that it is the falling out balance of the energy in the body that (at the most fundamental level) causes these conditions. It follow then, that to treat those conditions from an equally fundamental level, one would need to restore that balance of energy, a task at which the quartz crystal has shown some remarkably good efficacy.
