whenever we eat anything first make sure that the item is fresh else eating foods which are kept for a long time would also result in bad breahting. bad breath could also effect our health as it contains bacteria and when we start eating the item is mixed with bacteria and goes inside the stomach, and this could start effecting our health. we should always wash food items before eating as it could contain bacteria and other organisms which could effect our health.
we every day get up and the first thing we do is brush our teeth so that the mouth is clean. hence not cleaning the mouth properly bacteria is formed which results in bad breath. when ever we speak a bad smell pops out from our mouth which makes other uncomfortable. bad breath causing due to stomach is also very common. as the men in today's world are in hurry, many do their breakfast and lunch outside as they dont have sufficient time to do it in their house. when taking about eating outside than we could result in many stomach problems as the food items used in it are not properly washed and cleaned. they contain bacteria and enzymes which could result in bad breath which causes stomach problems and effect our health. some say that stomach problems caused by bad breath can be cured by mints but it is not possible by a mint. you must urgently go to your personal doctor and inform him about the situation. than he takes care of the problems not the mint.
eating vegetables and food items which are not cooked properly ie; partly cooked could also start stomach problems, so make sure that food items are properly cooked and they are properly cleaned before they are cooked
