How Far Away Is China From Being A Superpower?

He wrote in Time magazine that from American businessmen to African farmers to Australian diplomats, people had gradually realized Chinas tremendous impact on the world. People always say that the United States needs a new strategy toward China, while the fact is that China needs new China strategy. China needs to recognize that it has become a world power and its every move will stir in-depth analysis. People expect act by law and even look forward to helping maintain the rules.

According to Gallup analysis, under the circumstances of the global economic slump, China is to achieve rapid development, but the U.S. remains the influence on these Asian countries. Among them, the Philippines, Korea and other countries still have historical alliance with the United States. Some media in Hong Kong take a similar attitude. An article published by Asia Times Online said that the Asian century may not exist. In the article, it was said that the worst thing was that China would draw an erroneous conclusion from the U.S. financial meltdown that planned economy enjoyed the advantage over the crisis-prone capitalist, and thus that a weak United States was to the China's interests.
