How Good Communication Can Make A Relationship Last

. To make a commitment to a relationship, it takes strength and trust in each other. When we trust our partners, we also get confidence back, which is a good feeling. We must never betray or play with confidence. These games usually get caught and a broken trust surely creates a huge wall of communication breakdown. When you really trust, you open your heart and mind to a stranger. You are currently highly vulnerable to almost any type of emotional attack. Confusion and misunderstanding are among the feelings now.

That's why communication is so important. It's the key to open all doors. Without it, the doors remained locked and you must work hard to break. It's much more productive just to talk, listen and understand your partner. I'm not saying this is easy, but with love in your heart, you can do it. The end result is permanent. Each forced the door, there will be an attempt to replace the negative memory for the future. When the doors are opened for the love, patience and respect, couples will just smile at the good memories and expecting a good taste in the future. These are very important at tearing down walls.

When we are forced to remain silent, we also began to build walls. If we are not allowed to express our inner feelings or disappointments, we quickly stop trying to communicate forever. With an open mind and heart without being critical, we can go beyond many errors and problems that arise in a relationship.

The right communication only really work when either party is selfish, which means that if a person is feeling they are being attacked at every word that comes with it, then for them it's all about them being wounded. They automatically close an open door, without even realizing it. Low self-esteem of a person will make him feel exactly this way. If a person do not let go of the things said and wants to absorb every word at his/her partner, then it is also a typical selfish act. Therefore it is important that we take turns with others and try to understand what was actually said.

Some people fear that their previous partners are considered a threat to their own relationship. This is normal and should be treated with love and understanding. Once again we must communicate with each other and not belittle anyone for their honesty and true fears. This wall will never fully break communication down if we skip a few blocks away and ignore them. A good strong relationship will last more than a mistake made by a partner as long as both partners are willing and honest with each other.
