It is not really that hard to get listed on Google once you put the correct steps in place. It doesn't have to be hard. The work that you will do in order to gain backlinks and create content is actually the easy part. The hard part is waiting to see the results from the work that you have put it. I can say that it can get tedious sometimes because you are doing the same thing over and over again but if what you are marketing is something that you enjoy then that takes the hard part out of it.
The main thing though that you can do to make your job a lot easier is make sure you choose a keyword that does not have a ton of competition. The keyword that you pick should not have more than 50,000 competing sites when you do a search in Google using quotation marks. It should also be a long tail keyword which is a search term that is made up of 3 or more words. The longer the keyword phrase is the more targeted and easier it will be to get listed on Google as long as it has very low competition.
I would suggested taking the time to find the right keyword because if you do not you will be making your job harder. Just put in the extra effort to do your keyword research and you will thank your self at the end. There are a lot of tools that will help in finding good keywords. Some are free and some are not free, one good one that I like to use it call Market Samurai. It gives you a lot of good information there are training videos that will show you how to use it. It also has a free trial period so that you can try it before you buy it.
Making sure that you get backlinks to your sight is another way to make it a lot easier to get listed on Google. If you are too lazy to create backlinks and get content out on the internet in order to promote your website then it will be very hard for you to get listed. Internet marketing is very simple, all you have to do is take the time to do the necessary steps in order to get the results that you want. That is usually the difference between people who fail and people who succeed. The number one thing you want to do though is start with a good keyword with low competition.
