If it can calm you down, you can also drink something like a tea, or milk or a hot cocoa. Furthermore, you may even try to sleep after a panic attack just so you can rest your brain and halt thinking about it.

How long can a panic attack last? Typically, these attacks will just go on for a few minutes. But if you do not do something about it, then it may go on for an hour. And again, we must bear in mind that we will never allow this disorder to gain authority in how we live our life.
