3. Spend Free Time Watching Television
The more time you remain in front of the TV, the higher the risk you have for becoming obese. If you do not want to lose weight, you should spend a lot of time watching television.
4. Don't Do Anything Physical
To not lose any weight, you should never partake in any type of exercise. Stay far away from gym equipment or any type of physical activity.
5. Have A Sedentary Lifestyle
You should basically spend the day in the car, on the computer, in front of the television, and then go back to bed. Life would have to include as little movement as possible besides required activity.
The previous tips will be a great way to not lose weight. On the other hand, if you actually do want to lose weight, it is smart to do the opposite of the tips that are present.
