I, myself, always have that feeling when I achieve my goals in life. Being optimistic allows us to cope better during tough times. We are all different and many of us have a natural tendency to be pessimistic as opposed to optimistic. In the case when this sounds like you, afterward you need to learn how to take a more optimistic approach to life, while not becoming a daydreamer. It's valuable to keep it realistic.
