Have you joined an MLM company upon being promised how EASY it will be to build your downline fast and create a hugely profitable organization

? Did people give you the impression that, in fact, with just a little bit of work your business would virtually build itself? You probably very quickly discovered that this was not the case . . . at all.

Have you spent money on product samples, passed out your business card to anyone who would take it, bugged all of your friends and done all the 3-way calls with your upline that you can handle and your downline is NOT growing? Are you just wanting to know how to build your downline FAST?

The way to build your downline fast is two-fold: (1) you need to stop using the "bug your friends and family" method of marketing, and (2) you need to create your own marketing funnel.

Why a marketing funnel? You want to use a marketing funnel because you want to start to think of your prospects as more than just an instant sale. You want to think of them in terms of their lifetime value. When you start to think of prospects this way, you have already taken a big first step toward being able to build your downline fast.


The objective of a marketing funnel is to put a system in place which smoothly takes your prospects from one point to the next. It allows you to build a relationship with your prospects, to position yourself as an expert and to build a level of trust with prospects -- doing all of those things is how you build your downline fast.

So what should be in your marketing funnel?

The first step in the to create a flow of prospects (leads). Without those, there is no one to go through this funnel you are creating. So you want to generate leads and take those leads to a lead capture page.

There are two keys to building a lead capture page that will help you to build your downline fast. The first key is that your lead capture page should NOT talk at all about your company or the business opportunity your company offers. It should address a major benefit that the product you sell provides or, even better, it should talk about a solution you have to a problem or issue they are trying to solve.

The second key is to create and provide to those who give you their information on the lead capture page, a quality, content-rich giveaway. This might be a free report or something else. Just be sure it is not a salespage disguised as a free report. It should be real, good, quality content. In fact, give them your BEST STUFF. This is how you will build your downline fast.


Once you have people who have opted into your list, craft the rest of your marketing funnel to build a relationship with them. Your focus should not be selling them at first. That is not how you build your downline fast. Build the relationship before you sell them. Also, what you send them should weigh much more heavily on content than sales emails. By doing this, you will actually sell more, have a much higher retention rate and will build your downline much faster than you otherwise would.
