. Firstly there is not much choice available for people who want to smell good. But now many variations are available like cologne, perfume, eau de toilette, body sprays and many more. Advertising, marketing and all this become so crucial for perfume manufacturers, with the bottles being first selling point. But side by side content should also be according to your expectations.

Fragrance Concentration

To buy a perfume, you must know different concentrations available. chanel perfume is the cheapest alternative as it is least concentrated. Then comes Eau de toilette, Eau de Parfum and at last most concentrated and most expensive ne is Parfum. The price also varies with the amount. Eau de cologne is to spray at all over and on the other side Parfum require few drops to smell good.

Individual Scent

Its important to understand that if a particular fragrance smells nice on your friend, that doesnt always mean that it will suit you too because everyone has his own body chemistry which is based on skin type, hair color and many other factors. So our lifestyle and environment also affects the reaction of fragrance on our body.

So before buying a perfume, always test in on your skin. Spray it on the inside of your wrist and then wait for at least five minutes for the scent to develop. Then you can judge it.

How much to apply

It is the kind of fragrance that determine how much you need to apply but some people has habit to wear too much which make others feel overpowered.

Some people apply and then, when they can no longer smell it, they re-apply. Others who have just happened upon us will be able to smell the perfume even though we can't, so don't overdo it.

It is perfect to re-apply once during the day and again during the evening. But please stick with the same fragrance during a day as mixing never ever works.

How many perfumes

The kind of fragrance used to change with season and time. As perfume you like to wear in summer may not seems so good in winter.

So it is recommended to have separate fragrance for separate seasons like one for spring and summer and other for autumn and winter will suffice.

You can test different perfumes in different seasons in order to find out that best one for you.

Once you've found the fragrances that suit you, try your best to stick with them. Trends come and go and new perfumes are arriving in the shops almost every day, but unless your choice is discontinued, sticking with it gives you a remarkable scent or a fragrance that others will recognize as being you.
