How To Combat A Burning Yeast Infection

The oil is available online and at some natural food stores. Be sure to dilute the oil before applying to the skin.

Always make sure to clean yourself properly. Keep your vagina clean and dry. Also be sure to wear underwear that is 100% cotton to keep you dry all day. Staying dry is key to avoid bacteria.

Sugar is one of the most common catalysts where yeast infection is concerned. You should avoid sugar completely or at least try to decrease your intake of it if total elimination is impossible. The Neem tree is used in Ayurvedic medicine for its powerful anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. It is an extremely bitter herb containing the azadiractine and nimbin alkaloids. This herb for yeast infections is an invaluable skin and blood cleanser and is very effective for normalizing intestinal bacteria. Note: Women who are pregnant should not use this herb.

There are, of course, more direct and aggressive natural remedies to treat an outbreak of candidiasis. These often involve the use of vinegar douches, tea tree oil lotions or creams, and vaginal suppositories or capsules containing boric acid and/or garlic. Eating yogurt or taking supplements with lactobacillus bacteria is another proven natural cure for yeast infection. Garlic is another effective treatment for recurring yeast infections. Garlic has anti-bacterial properties. To use garlic to treat yeast infection, eat two cloves of garlic each day.
