Binge eating is distinctively known as an immoderately consuming of food in a short period of time

Those who are having this kind of behavior when it comes to food intake includes the stressed (emotionally, physically and mentally) people in late adolescence and early adulthood are the ones most affected by this kind of habit. We cannot stop binge eating neither in a snap of a finger nor in a blink of an eye. The thing that we must first do is to CONTROL it. Yes, though a person having this kind of habit is most certainly helpless in having control in their own behavior, it is possible. By that Ive prepared few tips to control your excessively eating habits. Here are they
REALIZATION This is your stepping stone to success. You have to realize that what you are exercising at the moment is not normal.
ACCEPTANCE Most people after realizing that there is something wrong with them tend to be in denial. How could you possibly find a solution to your concurrent problem if you wont accept the fact that there really abnormality in your behavior?
BE READY AND PLAN After accepting the whole truth, you must act quickly. Plan your meal and be ready for the changes that you will have to make. In planning meals, you should always include fluid in your meal. Water is the most preferred kind. Fluid may trick you, having water intake before you eat your meal makes you feel bloated and your brain impulses will lessen your food intake.
MONITOR You have to observe properly and strictly your plan. And as you go on and comply with it. Your unhealthy habit will unconsciously go away.
DONT THINK ABOUT FOOD Divert your attention to other things to keep your mind away from boredom. Boredom makes you feel like you are hungry even though you are not. Be active in every possible way. Be productive enough so you wont think about eating.
SAY YES TO FLUID Drinking fluid makes you feel full. DRINK PLENTY
