Not only will you be pushing stress out of your life, you will be dealing with your problem at hand and look at healing yourself as a whole.
Other things that can help you include modifications to your lifestyle. If you drink alcohol, try to reduce or cut it out altogether. Anxiety is associated with depression. Depression and alcohol simply do not mix because the effects of alcohol and worsen depression and can easily cause another attack to occur.
You should look to improving on the way you eat as well. Diet plays a big role in overall health. One school of thought is that an imbalance in hormones is causing anxiety or attacks. Therefore, improving your diet in insuring that you are eating well balanced meals could improve your situation.
Sleep is crucial, regardless of whether you are suffering from this condition or not. It's even more so in this case because anxiety can bring on insomnia, which results in a vicious circle. Do your best to improve your sleeping conditions so that you get depressed you need. For instance, darken your room with darkening blinds, use ear plugs for more peace and quiet and make your room a place of calm with regards to atmosphere. Avoid reading, watching TV or other activities in the room.
