Have you ever found that you have stress? We all have it but some have it worse then others

. Do you feel that your stress level is out of control? Everyone's level of stress is different. Some get to theirs faster and then some of you have found a way to control yours. With every bodies stress level different it is up to you to find what will work to lower yours. This could be going fishing by yourself or then again with close friends. It might be planting of flowers or doing a garden. Then again it might be just the reading of a book. Stress does not care if you are a man or woman, young or old.

It could hit with only one thing or you might find that you happened to be hit with a lot of problems all at once. It could attack you at work or in your own home. Dealing with stress for the most part can be handled by yourself. Sometimes this stress can seem so overwhelming that you might find yourself looking for someone to help. This person could be a close friend or someone you just met. You might have to find a professional to help with this problem if you have gone through all of the other ways only to still have this stress.

They might be able to help you find what is causing you to have this stress and then help you to find the best way to handle it. This might be a complete change to your life style or the changing of some part of it. Remember they are there to help you and only you. If you were to not get this stress under control it can cause you to have some very serious health problems. It could even make you feel like you are having a small heart attack. This is because when stress hits it causes your muscles to stiffen causing pain. It can also cause your back muscles to tense so tight that it will cause you a lot of pain.

This can turn into a tension headache. So you see stress is something that needs to be dealt with as soon as you realize it is there. Never let it get out of control or run your life. Do the things that need to be done and then forget them and simply relax.
