There are a lot of guys who would like to know how to find a date

This topic of how to find a date can be approached in various ways.

One approach is to first ask yourself what sort of girl do you want to go on a date with. What sort of girl do you like? How would you describe the girl you want to go on a date with? Examples of questions to ask yourself are, what does she look like, how old is she, what does she like to do for fun, etc.

In other words, you want to be clear about what your specific dating GOALS are. Take some time to picture the sort of girl that you would like to meet. Try to be as SPECIFIC as you can reasonably be. Once you have a good idea of the sort of girl you like then write down all the sorts of places that you might find such a girl.

For example, let's say you would like to go on a date with a girl in her early twenties, who is into fitness and enjoys playing tennis and golf. Where would this sort of girl be? How about your local gym, or your local tennis club, or local golf club?. So why not join your local gym, or tennis club or golf club? In fact, it is much more fun if you have a genuine interest in these activities. So if you like to keep fit yourself, and enjoy playing tennis or golf then you are doing something you already find fun and interesting and you have the opportunity to meet a girl who enjoys these same things.

Let's use another example. Let's say you have a passion for art and would like to date a girl who enjoys artistic things. Why not head down to your local art gallery and attend any special events they may be having?

Let's say you love to read a lot and you would like to go on a date with a girl who also shares a passion for reading. Why not join a local book club?

I hope you are beginning to get the idea here.

You can also look for social activity groups, social events groups, or social clubs in your local area to meet the sorts of women that you are interested in. Just do a google search using those keywords and your local area. For example, if you live in New York you could do a google search using the keywords "social activity groups" and "new york". If you live in London you could google the keywords "social activity club" and "london".

One example of such a site is meetup.com where you can find and meet up with local groups of people with similar interests to you.

Even though these activity groups and clubs are not specifically set up as dating sites, they are still great places to get to meet people who enjoy the sorts of things that you enjoy. If the sort of woman you like is also likely to be at these same places then all the better!
