5)Make sure that the rollers are cleaned with a damp lint free cloth to remove paper-dirt, oil from your fingers and free the rollers of already present bits of torn paper.

6)Also make sure that the paper type and size is selected properly in the printer preferences. If the settings are not correct then a paper jam might occur.
