Breakups are devastating! They make us feel horrible, as if we have a gaping hole within our hearts and souls. Most of us who have experienced some sort of breakup usually just try to move on and not try to figure out how to get an ex back. When we're feeling so depressed as a result of our breakup it's oh so easy to feel as though we are the victim... and it's all coming down on us! This could be a great opportunity to put in a little bit of work to get an ex back. While it's true that nearly all of us have to deal with a breakup at some time or another, does it mean that we cannot get back together with our ex?
THE FIRST STEP - DETERMINE WHAT HAPPENED Share: The first step in learning how to get an ex back is to determine what exactly happened that caused the breakup. Ninety percent of the time we can win our ex back by working on the breakup causes. Of course, we're not able to go back into the past and change what has happened. However, we are able to learn from our mistakes and we can grow from these experiences.
There are times when a breakup occurs from a single event and at other times it's because of the accumulation of behaviors that your ex simply couldn't deal with any longer. Whatever the reason or reasons that led to your breakup you need to determine specifically what happened so you can deal with these issues should they ever surface again. It's certainly possible to get an ex back if you know how. In order to make your relationship last over the long term you really need to figure out what went wrong in the first place.
THE NEXT STEP - APPEAR CONFIDENT AND STRONG
The next step in the process is to make certain that you are not manifesting yourself as desperate and needy. We all feel as though we cannot live without our ex, but it's not necessary to make it obvious. It's much better if you appear strong and let your ex see that you are doing well on your own. If you show your self-confidence and composure to everyone around you, then you'll have a much greater opportunity of getting back together with your ex.
Trying for revenge or trying to make your ex jealous is definitely not a wise plan. This would actually be the worst thing you could do if you truly want your ex back because you will appear to have moved on and that will prompt your ex to move on too. If you want to get back with your ex you'll want your ex to see your strength and that you are doing well, but you do not want to push your ex to move on without you. Your capability and self-confidence just possibly could be the inspiration that will get the two of you back together again.
